Facts
The Navigators Students Wageningen (NSW) started in the early seventies. Since that time a lot of students have been involved in our weekly activities. The Navigators in Wageningen are organised as a Dutch student association. We have been growing for the past five years, and in 2009 there are 130 students involved.

Profile
Our core activity is a two-weekly Bible study. Friendship is an important part of our association. We want to create an environment that fosters good relationships and friendships where Christ is known and will be known! For this reason we organise Alpha-courses and outreach activities. Within our association, our members get the opportunity to develop new talents by organising activities, leading small Bible study groups, etc., so that they can teach what they have learned from others (2 Timothy 2:2).

Program
Tuesday evening is NSW evening. The evening starts with a delicious diner in small groups (25 persons). Once in two weeks we have Bible study in small groups, in Dutch called ‘kring’. The other Tuesdays are filled with activities like praise&prayers, discussion-evenings, party’s, or general assemblies. Every evening ends with a drink.
At the end of August we take part in the General Introduction Days from the WUR. At the beginning of September new members will start participating, and we go on a camp together. In December we celebrate the birthday of NSW. In January we join the national Navigators Student Conference ‘Focus’. At the end of April we have a camp again.

Opportunities
We are happy to welcome Navigator students from other countries. We are a Dutch student association, so we can’t offer you any international activities. But we like to hear your story and are happy to connect you with other (international) Christians in Wageningen.
